Dorian P. Landers, the senior partner of HOSTASIA has successfully planned and opened several well known international hotels in senior management positions. Dorian Landers was instrumental in planning, setting up and launching some of Asia's most successful properties such as:

In addition to an finance and accounting degree, he is a graduate in hotel administration and business studies from Lausanne Hotel School in Switzerland and holds an advanced degree from Cornell Hotel University, Ithaca, NY, USA. He has more than 30 years experience in opening and developing hotel and resorts and tourism projects mainly in Asia and Middle East.

Mr. Landers has an excellent command of marketing driven concepts, design work, space planning and finance related to hospitality facilities and tourism developments. He handles property development consultancy, concept developments, architecture and issues of marketing, positioning and strategic management with international operators such as Four Seasons, Rosewood, Marriott, InterContinental, Jumeirah, Starwood and others. His keen sense of what makes quality work in today's environment enables Hostasia to provide high-end and specific hospitality services suitable to leisure and hotel development companies in Asia and Middle East.

Gilmore Perez  is a world class professional, originally from the Philippines,  who has lived and worked in the hospitality industry all his life. Gilmore graduated from the “Hard Knocks Institute”, climbed the ranks through his abilities and majored as a General Manager of Sheraton properties. A successful Spa development entrepreneur on his own account, he lends his expertise to Hostasia in Spa developments and other key leisure development areas, particularly in Bali and Indonesia.

Graham Woods is our Australian specialist in Project Management , Sustainable Construction and Environmental Solutions, having an extensive background in the industry from Residential & Commercial Building through to Resort Planning and Construction. His experience in Cost & Design Management ensures that Affordable Building Solutions are provided at the Design stage.

Graham’s passion is water features and landscaping. He has been responsible for such projects as Tanjong Rhu Resort Landscaping, Kuala Lumpur International Airport Water Features, World Expo 88 Water Features as well as Projects in Sanctuary Cove Resort, Green Island on the Barrier Reef, Sheraton Port Douglas and many more.

Michelle Chiang is our Malaysian star - Not only has Michelle owned and operated successful restaurants for many years, but  she also has a degree in Marketing and has worked in the banking sector for Citibank and as a foreign exchange broker. Besides being a "foodie" who knows her kitchen rounds extremely well, Michelle is great at customer contact and staff training. As a very profit oriented operator, she manages projects and operations for Hostasia

May Lin Piong is a full fledge member of our development team in Kuala Lumpur. A talented organizer with a degree is Hospitality & Tourism Management, she is the one behind many new projects and studies and assists directors in key aspects of new property development.

 

Isako Ito  is a graduate of the Travel, Hospitality and Tourism College in Japan and has many years of experience in the hotel and the travel industry in Japan, Europe and Southeast Asia. A keen and world savvy traveler, she advises Hostasia and clients of Hostasia on the special needs of the Japanese tourists and handles marketing contacts with the Japanese travel trade.

 

 

Their combined extensive hospitality and F&B management experience with large chains and private properties in Europe, Middle East, USA and Asia as well many years in Hospitality and Management consultancy enable HOSTASIA to plan, design and manage new properties in the best interests of the owners.
